Early in the morning our
Fudgemasters boil the freshest
cream, milk and the purest sugar
in a steam kettle to create the
base for our fudge.
The base is then poured into copper
kettles to
cool for several hours.
When the mixture
achieves the perfect
temperature our
Fudgemasters add
vanilla and chocolate
and then hand-whip the
fudge to further the
cooling process.
As the fudge begins to
harden chocolate
chips, nuts and other
flavor  mix-ins are
added before it is
finally poured into
fudge pans on our
marble tables.
The fudge must cool for several hours
before it can be sliced and served to you.
