Making Fudge

Early in the morning, a Fudge Master boils the freshest milk and cream and the purest sugar in our steam kettle to make the base for the fudge.

At the proper temperature, the batch is poured into copper kettles and allowed to cool for hours.

The Fudge Master adds chocolate, vanilla, and other flavors during the cooling process.

The mixture is then hand whipped with wooden paddles to achieve a smooth and creamy texture.

Nuts, chocolate chips, and mix-ins are added as the fudge begins to harden.

The fudge is poured into pans and allowed to cool for a few more hours.

Finally, the fudge is removed from the pans, sliced, and wrapped to preserve freshness.
